Applicant should have these qualifications
•Filipino citizen;
•With 72 units of a college education;
•With good moral character
• Attended training and seminars of (12) credit units in real estate brokerage.
Documents needed to provide
•NSO Birth Certificate: For Single Status
•NSO Marriage Certificate: For married females only
•Original and notarized certificate of educational(2) years of College.
•NBI clearance
•Original and notarized certification (12) credit units on Real Estate Brokerage.
•1 x 1 Photo with a name tag
•Community tax certificate (CTC) for the current year.
Applying at Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC)
• Submit all the documents needed. Including the Endorsement form from your Real Estate Broker.
• Pay Php600.00 to the cashier; then provide metered documentary stamp.
• Submit the duly accomplished application form to the Office of the Assistant Secretary, PRBs.
• Verify the status of the application at the PRC website: www.prc.gov.ph.
All registered and accredited real estate salespersons shall be issued identification cards and such registration
shall be renewable every year on the real estate salesperson’s birth month.
