PECUNIARY/ ADMINISTRATIVE FINE fail to file sworn statement

Notice is hereby given to the public, effective January 1, 2022, that the City Government of Davao will be

implementing the PECUNIARY/ ADMINISTRATIVE FINE of one-fourth (1/4) of one percent (1%) of the assessed

value of the property against real property owners who fail to file sworn statement declaring the true value of the

subject property within sixty (60) days after the acquisition of such property or upon completion or occupancy of

the newly constructed building or improvement, whichever comes earlier, pursuant to Section 203 of Republic Act

7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991.

Such fine is expressly provided for under Ordinance No. 0627-18, Series of 2018, An Ordinance Amending

Ordinance No. 0271-17, Series of 2017, or the 2005 Revenue Code of the City of Davao which was approved last

January 7, 2019.
